When I got the email for the b1g1f coupon, said I needed Java. But I had the latest. So tried again and then told me coupon had already been used for my address? No it didn't print for me. So I emailed them and included my address. Guess they over looked that part, because had the following from them a few minutes ago (this come in my spam folder) and had a link to put my address for them to mail me the coupon. So if you still having problems, contact them. It just takes awhile for them to respond.
