Hoping that one of you will sign in and see this...just want you two to know that I am thinking of you both and praying for your family. We miss you both! It just isn't the same without you here

Thanks all. I'm on to say hello once in a while.

Daat (David's Grandpa) just was released from the hospital today. He has pnemonia and they didnt' want to release him until they were sure he was ok to go home.

David is home for now. His aunt is here from Bangkok and will be here for two weeks. So, there are too many people at the home for him to be there.

It looks like he'll have radiation and chemo once he's well enough. They are actually hopeful that he'll do better than originally thought. He's still stage 3 but the cancer might do well with radiation and then chemo. He has to get over the pnemonia first.

David is going to live wtih his parents after his aunt leaves. His grandfather will need someone to go with him to treatments and do some translation. His Thai is horrific, so he's trying to speak it only at his parents. It's been.. interesting.. to say the least. lol.

David is going to come home on weekends and spend the week days there. Someone has to be with them full time.

My MIL Suprang is not doing well at all aobut this. I swear that Daat is doing better than the rest of us.

Yup, like I was telling you-see it often, the dying person is perfectly calm and relaxed and the family is the ones running around screaming with their arms in the air. I hope things calm down soon!

Hi all.

Sorry I'm not around much. I am coming back to do the MOC, I promise. Daat is home, he's doing OK. He's going to start treatment on Monday. My aunt is leaving tomorrow. Michael will be happy. She is driving him nuts

She's a nice lady but really dramatic and gets hysterical when you talk about treatment or anything with her. She's not really wrapped tight. She's in her late 40s but acts like she's 9.

I will try to stop in but once Monday's come, I'll be at my parents home on weekdays, and on weekends back here

So glad to hear from you! We really miss you all! Glad to hear that Daat is feeling better...will be looking forward to your messages!

 So happy you popped in to give us an update. We miss you guys! I'm sure just having you around him is making Daat feel better. I will keep your family in my prayers.

You know, a positive attitude when facing illness is very important in beating it! Daat sounds like he is off to a good start! I will keep him in my prayers.
