Mcdonald's 21 Days Gift Fest

On Dec. 18th I received an email that I had won a $500 american express gift card from this win. It came with a tracking number.After several days of not receiving it I tracked the number and had to contact the usps because there was an issue. The card was sent via registered mail which looped for a couple of days and was finally sent back to the originator, Hello World. I have called twice and left the information they requested but have not heard from them. Any help, suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks so much.

kollectible - That Hello World email - did it have a verification link & if yes, did you verify your address/info? Seems every email they send has that link nowadays!
