1. Eligibility:
Marlboro sweepstakes Find 27 (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Massachusetts and Michigan) and the District of Columbia who are smokers twenty-one(21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Philip Morris USA Inc., its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, and advertising and promotion agencies including HelloWorld, Inc., as well as theimmediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Noncompliance with any of the above eligibility requirements will result in disqualification. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void in Massachusetts, Michigan, and where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Presenter’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on May 23, 2018 at or about 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 3, 2018 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must first become a registered user at
https://www.marlboro.com. If you are not a registered user, go to
https://www.marlboro.com and follow the instructions to register. When you register on
Marlboro sweepstakes.com you will be assigned a unique 9-digit customer number (herein "CCN") and will select, or may be assigned, a user ID that will be associated with your account. By registering at
https://www.marlboro.com you agree to be added to the
Marlboro sweepstakes mailing list. Once you have registered, log on to
https://www.marlboro.com and click on the link to the "
Marlboro sweepstakes Find 27" Sweepstakes.
During the Promotion Period, find “27” displayed in the world and take a photo of the “27” (the “Submission”). During the Promotion Period, follow the links and instructions to upload your Submission to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit: Each entrant may enter (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
A “day” begins at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, except the first day of the Sweepstakes, which begins on or about 9:00:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
IMPORTANT: Submission will not be judged but must comply with the Photo Submission Guidelines below.
You may submit the same photo each day.
Photos may be posted in an online gallery at
www.marlboro.com. Posted photos may be removed by Presenter at any time, for any reason. Posting a photo in the online gallery may not have any bearing on eligibility for the Sweepstakes or winner determination.
Photo Submission Guidelines:
• Photo must be in JPEG (.jpg) or PNG (.png) format only, with a maximum file size of 5 MB.
• Photo may be in color or black and white.
• Photo must not contain identifiable person(s), their likeness, names, or any personal information.
• Photo must not in any way disparage Presenter or persons or organizations associated with the Presenter, as determined by Presenter in its sole discretion; must not include threats to any person, place, business or group; must not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity; and must not in any other way violate applicable federal, state or local laws and regulations.
• Photo must not depict or promote illegal drug use, use of firearms/weapons or any activities that appear to be unsafe or dangerous, as determined by Presenter in its sole discretion.
• Photo must not contain or depict offensive words or statements (including words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group).
• Photo must not contain or reference indecent behavior, including but not limited to profanities or obscenities.
• Photos must not contain content that is inappropriate, hateful, tortious, defamatory or slanderous, as determined by Presenter in its sole discretion.
• Photos must not contain content that is health- and/or youth-oriented, as determined by Presenter in its sole discretion.
• Photo must not contain any reference to tobacco-related products or tobacco usage.
• Photo must not contain brand names or trademarks or any other intellectual or other rights owned by a third party without permission.
• Entrant must receive prior written permission from the photographer of the photo if the photo was taken by someone other than the entrant and must provide such permission to Presenter upon request.
Presenter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any photo that does not comply with the above Photo Submission Guidelines and these Official Rules in general, including any photo that refers to, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Presenter, the Sweepstakes or any other person or entity.
Once a photo is submitted, the entry is final and may not be deleted or modified, except by Presenter. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Presenter and will not be acknowledged or returned. Presenter will post selected photos to
www.marlboro.com throughout the Promotion Period.
Uploading a photo constitutes entrant’s consent to give Presenter a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from and display such submissions, in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes. If requested, entrant will sign any documentation that may be required for Presenter or its designees to make use of the nonexclusive rights entrant is granting to use the photo. Released Parties (as defined in Section 7 below) are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected photos, all of which will be void.
Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/differentemail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the CCN used to register will be deemed to be the entrant or player. Email addresses will be used solely for win notification and not for entry. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the winning CCN.
