Mail In Entry Question

"All entries must be postmarked by 9/1/16 and received by 9/8/16 or they
will be disqualified. You will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes drawing for
each mailed-in request. Limit: 1 entry per envelope and 1 entry per person per
day, regardless of method or combination of methods of entry."

Does this mean that each envelope has to be mailed on a different day?

Send an email to the Promoter and ask them. It sure reads like that though - - - - - "1 entry per person per day" - - - - "regardless of method of entry"

They could check the Postmark date and disallow any duplicate dates. That could be a lot of work if the mail in is high volume. Is it one of those sweeps that requires a purchase for entry or gives the mail in option in the rules? I can't see checking Postmark dates if they expect any kind of mail in volume. Then again, I've seen some crazy things from Sweep Promoters.

Might be one of those "we may not disqualify your entries but we could" sort of things. Whenever it says "per day" I always just mail them on different days personally. But like curmudgeon says - you could e-mail them a question if they provide that info. One sweep I remember wanted people to mail in some weirdly sized index card that I couldn't find anywhere (maybe to limit the free mail-in entries? haha) so I messaged them and they said it was fine to just mail a 3x5 instead. Alright then...

Check the rules - I've seen some where you write down which day and/or entry period you wish to enter for

If it doesn't & it's 1 per day? I'd do at most 1 every other day JIC

I do the same as badgercontest, if it says one mail-in entry per day, I would just stick one in the mail every other day or every few days.
