“Ticket to Win” Game at McDonald’s® (the “Game”) “Official Rules” No Purchase Is Necessary To Play Or Win A Prize. A Purchase Will Not Improve Chances Of Winning. Void where prohibited. Valid email address, internet access and supported web-enabled device or computer is required. Winners (and any Minor (defined below) Winner's parent/legal guardian) may be required to participate in the prize fulfillment process and sign documentation and releases that may include a confidential background check, as a condition of being awarded a prize. The Game play period to use the Codes ("Game Play Period") in the App and Website will begin at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on June 11, 2019, and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 5, 2019. The Game also includes a final prize drawing that will take place on or about August 8, 2019 ("Sweepstakes"), to award one (1) Sweepstakes Prize. See Rule 5 for details.
Except as otherwise stated by Sponsor (as defined below), all times referenced are Eastern Time. The database clock for the services operating the Website will be the official timekeeping device for the Game. A day is the 24-hour period beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. and ending that same day at 11:59:59 p.m. (a "Day").
2. Who Is Eligible To Play/Enter/Win. The Game is open only to individuals who are residents of one of the fifty (50) U.S. or DC (the "Territory") and who are eighteen (18) or older on the Day of participation. (Any eligible individual who is younger than the age of majority in his or her jurisdiction of residence is referred to in these Official Rules as a "Minor".) Minors must get their parent's or legal guardian's permission to participate in the Game. Each eligible person who plays the Game (each a "Participant"), and his or her parent or legal guardian if the Participant is an eligible Minor, unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and/or Sponsor's redemption center ("Redemption Center"), which shall be final and binding with respect to all aspects of the Game. 3. How To Get A Game Ticket.
A. Get A Game Ticket In A Happy Meal Box: An official Ticket to Win Game Ticket (each, a "Game Ticket") can be found with the Toy Story 4 toy in specially-marked Happy Meal boxes between June 11, 2019, and July 15, 2019, or until supplies are exhausted, whichever occurs first. If specially-marked boxes run out, they may not be resupplied.
Each Game Ticket includes one (1) 2D-barcode and a corresponding numerical code (the 2D-barcode and 12-digit alphanumerical code are called the "Code"). Each Code is valid for one-time use to receive a Game play ("Game Play") in the McDonald's app (the "App") or on the Website (Program Selection | McDonald?s®).
B. Get A Game Ticket Without Making A Purchase: Request one (1) Game Ticket without making a purchase, by mailing a legibly handwritten, self-addressed, stamped envelope ("SASE") with sufficient postage and a return address, including first and last name, street address, city, state and ZIP Code to: McDonald's Ticket to Win Game Ticket Request, PO Box 49314, Strongsville, OH 44149-0314. Do Not Send Any Comments Or Questions To This Address. One (1) Game Ticket will be mailed in response to each compliant mail-in request, while supplies last. Entire mail-in request must be handwritten. Outer envelope must include a return address in the upper left corner that matches the requester's street address, and must be postmarked no sooner than May 28, 2019, and no later than July 15, 2019, and received by Sponsor no later than July 22, 2019. Requests from Vermont ("VT") residents that are postmarked in VT may omit return postage. Requests from VT residents that are postmarked outside of VT and omit return postage may be required to provide proof of VT residency. Each request must be mailed in a separate stamped outer mailing envelope. 4. How To Play.
To scan or enter Codes, you must create a "Happy Meal Account" when you sign up in the App or on the Website by completing and submitting the requested information.
There is a limit of (1) Happy Meal Account per Participant.
A. Play Via The McDonald's App: Install the free McDonald's App on a supported iOS or Android device (each a "Digital Device") if you do not have it. Compatibility requires iOS 10+ or later or Android 4.4+. Data rates may apply. Use of the McDonald's App is subject to the Terms & Conditions for the McDonald's App, which can be found by clicking on "More" in the footer bar, then click on "Careers, Contact & Legal" for "Privacy" and "App T&C's". Once done, during the Game Play Period, click on the "Toy Story 4" Happy Meal promotion card in the App and follow the steps to complete the Game sign-up process. Participants will also have the option to opt-in for marketing communications, however, opting in will not improve the chances of winning. Once signed up for the Game, each time a Participant returns to play the Game, they may be requested to log in with their email address and password used during initial sign up for the Game.
Once logged in, to receive a Game Play, click on "Scan Code" to scan the 2D-barcode; or to enter the 12-digit alphanumeric Code found on the Game Ticket, click on "Scan Code" then "Add Code Manually". Once the Code is successfully scanned or entered and validated by the system, the system will notify the Participant if he/she is a winner and, if so, that Participant will receive a message indicating the prize he/she has potentially won with information to claim that prize. If a Participant wins a Food Prize (defined below in Rule 7.A.), that Food Prize will automatically go into the deals section of the App, where the Participant will have seven (7) Days to redeem it.
B. Play At The Website: To participate, visit www.MagicAtMcD.com during the Game Play Period. Participants who haven't already completed the sign-up process for the Game, follow the steps to complete the Game sign-up process. Opting in for marketing communications will not improve the chances of winning the game. Once signed up for the Game, click on "Add Code" to manually enter a valid Code to receive a Game Play. When the Code is entered and successfully validated by the system, the system will notify the Participant if he/she is a winner and, if so, that Participant will receive an email with instructions to claim the prize. Each time a Participant returns to play the Game, he/she may be requested to log in with his/her email address and enter the password used during initial sign up for the Game.
C. Limits: There is a limit of (1) Game Play per Code and (1) Game Play per Participant per Day, regardless of the method of play or the method used to obtain Codes.

Each valid Code that a Participant enters by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 5, 2019, will also earn the Participant (1) Sweepstakes entry into a random sweepstakes drawing (the "Sweepstakes Drawing").

Food Prizes: The winner of any Food Prize won via the App will see a message directing the winner to click on "Go to My Deals" where that Food Prize is available in the "Deals" section of their App. If a Participant wins a Food Prize via the Website, they will receive an email from [email protected] within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours that includes a 2D-barcode/8-digit alphanumeric code ("Redemption Code") with instructions as well as terms and conditions to redeem the Food Prize.
Food Prizes must be redeemed at the counter or drive thru of any participating McDonald's restaurant in the Territory on or before restaurant closing on the date which is (7) Days after the date the Food Prize is available in Participant's "Deals" if Game Play was via the App, or (7) Days from the date of prize notification email delivery if Game Play was via the Website.
Food Prizes may be redeemed only during the hours the menu item is served. Food Prizes must be redeemed before the food order is placed, must be redeemed at the counter or drive thru (Food Prizes can be redeemed at the kiosk or through Mobile Order & Pay but not through Uber Eats), are subject to verification at a participating McDonald's restaurant and are not valid in combination with any other offer, discount, coupon or combo meal. Limit one (1) Food Prize Redemption Code per claimant per McDonald's restaurant visit. For the purposes of redeeming a Food Prize, all visits to the same restaurant within a two-hour period are deemed to constitute a single visit. Participating McDonald's restaurants reserve the right to substitute a menu item of equivalent or greater retail value for the Food Prize specified if it is unavailable for any reason.

8. Winner Process.
A. Food Prizes: The winner of any Food Prize won via the App will see a message directing the winner to click on "Go to My Deals" where that Food Prize is available in the "Deals" section of their App. If a Participant wins a Food Prize via the Website, they will receive an email from [email protected] within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours that includes a 2D-barcode/8-digit alphanumeric code ("Redemption Code") with instructions as well as terms and conditions to redeem the Food Prize.
Food Prizes must be redeemed at the counter or drive thru of any participating McDonald's restaurant in the Territory on or before restaurant closing on the date which is (7) Days after the date the Food Prize is available in Participant's "Deals" if Game Play was via the App, or (7) Days from the date of prize notification email delivery if Game Play was via the Website.
Food Prizes may be redeemed only during the hours the menu item is served. Food Prizes must be redeemed before the food order is placed, must be redeemed at the counter or drive thru (Food Prizes can be redeemed at the kiosk or through Mobile Order & Pay but not through Uber Eats), are subject to verification at a participating McDonald's restaurant and are not valid in combination with any other offer, discount, coupon or combo meal. Limit one (1) Food Prize Redemption Code per claimant per McDonald's restaurant visit. For the purposes of redeeming a Food Prize, all visits to the same restaurant within a two-hour period are deemed to constitute a single visit. 10. General Release And Conditions Of Participation. Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay and misdirection of Prize Claim Documents and are advised to obtain insurance where appropriate. Sponsor, Prize Partners and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, franchisees, local advertising cooperatives, McDonald's App and Website developers, digital/advertising/promotion agencies, the Redemption Center and all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (individually and collectively "Game Entities") are not responsible for: (a) incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, garbled, unintelligible, damaged, stolen, non-delivered or postage-due submissions of Prize Claim Documents or other Game-related materials, regardless of cause; (b) any damage to a computer system or Digital Device; (c) technical difficulties or failures of any kind; (d) miscommunications or failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, dropped, interrupted, lost, non-delivered or misdirected transmissions or hardware, software or program or programming malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (e) any malfunctions, failures or difficulties (including failures to correctly scan Codes and/or redeem Rewards Credits), printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors, including in any Game materials or any Prize Claim Documents; (f) any incorrect or inaccurate information, however caused; (g) Game Plays that are submitted by automated computer programs or other illegitimate means; or (h) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information or the failure to capture or loss of any information. Prize Claim Documents submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor shall not be responsible for correspondence or communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, including insufficient space in a Participant's email or voicemail inbox. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict or void participation from any IP address, Digital Device or other identifiable source if it detects any suspicious entry and/or participation. By participating in the Game, each Participant hereby releases and agrees to hold the Game Entities harmless from and against any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, property damage, death and bodily injury (whether due to negligence or otherwise), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Game or any Game-related activity or the receipt, use or misuse of any prize, including any prize-related travel. Participants waive the right to assert as a cost of winning any prize, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to claim said prize and any liability and publicity which might arise from claiming or seeking to claim said prize. By participating in the Game, each verified winner hereby agrees and grants Sponsor the right, but not the obligation, to the use of his or her name, voice and likeness, along with his or her address (city and state) and any statements made by or attributed to such winner in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, without notice, review or approval, in perpetuity and throughout the world for advertising, commercial and promotional purposes in connection with the Game and other promotions without further compensation (except where prohibited by law), and releases the Game Entities from any liability with respect thereto.

12. Disclaimer Of Warranties. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, prizes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, and the Game Entities hereby disclaim all such warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement.
13. Miscellaneous.
A. Disqualification: If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Official Rules, or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified, and the prize forfeited. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated, third party or other automated or robotic entries, in whole or in part, will be accepted. Force Majeure/Printing And Production Errors: Sponsor reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to terminate the Game, in whole or in part, or modify, suspend or extend the Game or Game materials in any way, if it determines in its sole discretion, that the McDonald's App, any Game materials and/or Prize Claim Documents reflect printing, production or other errors, or if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Game is impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures, malfunctions or errors (including, without limitation, viruses or other deleterious programs or materials, glitches or printing or production errors) have destroyed or severely undermined the proper Game Play, integrity and/or feasibility of the Game. The sole responsibility and liability for any invalid or irregular Code, Redemption Code, Game Ticket, Game Play or any other Game materials is replacement with another randomly selected Game Ticket while supplies last, or Sweepstakes entry, as solely determined by Sponsor. Replacement shall be the sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. If, due to printing, digital, computer programming, hardware or software, or production errors or for any reason, more potential winners in any instant win prize category come forward seeking to claim prizes in excess of the number of each type of prize as set forth in these Official Rules, the winners, or remaining winners, as the case may be, of the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize(s) in that prize category. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each Participant's sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. 10. General Release And Conditions Of Participation. Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay and misdirection of Prize Claim Documents and are advised to obtain insurance where appropriate. Sponsor, Prize Partners and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, franchisees, local advertising cooperatives, McDonald's App and Website developers, digital/advertising/promotion agencies, the Redemption Center and all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (individually and collectively "Game Entities") are not responsible for: (a) incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, garbled, unintelligible, damaged, stolen, non-delivered or postage-due submissions of Prize Claim Documents or other Game-related materials, regardless of cause; (b) any damage to a computer system or Digital Device; (c) technical difficulties or failures of any kind; (d) miscommunications or failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, dropped, interrupted, lost, non-delivered or misdirected transmissions or hardware, software or program or programming malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind; (e) any malfunctions, failures or difficulties (including failures to correctly scan Codes and/or redeem Rewards Credits), printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors, including in any Game materials or any Prize Claim Documents; (f) any incorrect or inaccurate information, however caused; (g) Game Plays that are submitted by automated computer programs or other illegitimate means; or (h) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information or the failure to capture or loss of any information. By participating in the Game, each Participant hereby releases and agrees to hold the Game Entities harmless from and against any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, property damage, death and bodily injury (whether due to negligence or otherwise), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Game or any Game-related activity or the receipt, use or misuse of any prize, including any prize-related travel. Participants waive the right to assert as a cost of winning any prize, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to claim said prize and any liability and publicity which might arise from claiming or seeking to claim said prize. All claims solely against Prize Partners and/or Prize Partner Affiliates related to the use of Disney intellectual property in connection with the Game and the Instant Win Grand Prize, Instant Win First Prizes and Sweepstakes Prize shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Florida including procedural provisions without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state's or jurisdiction's laws. E. F. Language Discrepancy: In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between the English language version and the Spanish language version of these Official Rules or any Game materials and/or Prize Claim Documents, the English version shall prevail, govern and control.
14. Arbitration. In addition, if the Participant is able to demonstrate that the costs of arbitration will be prohibitive as compared to the costs of litigation, Sponsor will pay as much of the Participant's fees in connection with the arbitration as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration from being cost-prohibitive; and (8) with the exception of subpart (6) above, if any part of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, or otherwise conflicts with the Rules and Procedures established by JAMS, then the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, illegal or conflicting provision were not contained herein. If, however, subpart (6) is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, then the entirety of this Arbitration Provision shall be null and void, and neither Sponsor nor Participant shall be entitled to arbitrate their dispute. Finally, this arbitration provision is reciprocally binding on all parties, such that both Participant and Sponsor are required to arbitrate their claims against one another.
