I received a Rachael Ray magazine with my address, but a name I've never heard of on it. I do not subscribe to her magazine, but I have a login to the website. I logged in first with the account # on the magazine and my email, and it shows that strange name, with my address and e-mail, and that there is a subscription that was paid for in March. Then, I logged in with MY name and address (not with the account # on the magazine) and it shows my correct name and no subscription. Does anyone know what this could be? I thought maybe I won a subscription, but it should have my name on it. And I thought maybe they screwed up, but it shows my address with that name, too. I'm quite concerned. I couldn't find a phone #, so I sent them an e-mail and hopefully they work weekends and I will hear something back soon. Just wondered if this has happened to anyone else before?
Magazine with wrong name?

I had a prize show up from one of the magazines with my address and the wrong name. It took some time to get them and I ended up phoning. It seems they make it hard to get directly to them so you can't stop those trial subscriptions but there is usually a phone number or address in the account information on their main website. Good luck!
