Did you happen to take a picture of the win screen? I always grab my tablet and take a photo since I don't know how to do that screenshot. LOL
Anyway. Did you? Maybe you could reach out to sponsor and prove the win that way?

If you have Windows 10 you can use the snipping tool. On the left side of the taskbar click "Type here to search" and put snipping tool. Then you can pin it to your taskbar for future use.

traveldreamer - I save screenshots/Screen Shots to PAINT to revisit them when I'm in a slump 
sadly though, most rules will have some variation of:
"A screenshot is not proof or evidence of winning."
"Screen shots are not proof of winning status."
"A “Screen Shot” is not proof or evidence of a winning entry and/or Game prize. A participant is not a winner of any prize, even if the Website should so indicate, unless and until said participant’s eligibility has been verified and said participant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept Screen Shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process."
"A "SCREEN SHOT" IS NOT PROOF OR EVIDENCE OF A WINNING PLAY AND/OR PRIZE. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER, EVEN IF THE PLATFORM SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL SAID PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND SAID PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. sides58 - As I noted in my post to traveldreamer, sponsors/JA's don't accept screenshots/Screen Shots as proof, and, most rules will also have some variation of:

It's because they do CYA that until I get a confirmation email/receive a prize, I don't believe I really won

I may have figured out what happened. I just won this too - and I took care to read the winning screen very carefully so I would not have the same mixup with my prize.
the screen says: CONGRATS, CHAMP. YOU JUST WON A FUNNER-TO-THE-FINAL-SECOND NFL PRIZE"
It goes on to say, it will let me know WHAT PRIZE I have won in an email.
Perhaps when you saw the words "second NFL Prize" you took that to mean, Second prize.
If that's not what happened, and your winning screen clearly said "You have won second prize" - then it sounds like they have changed the wording of the winning screen, to let people know they will be notified of the prize in an email. (Perhaps yours wasn't the only erroneous screen.)
