Lucky Magazine sweeps

What happened to all the makeup/beauty product sweeps? Now they seem to have only high priced jewelry, and a few prizes...I wonder if they'll bring the other sweeps back?? They were some of my favorites!
 
I have wondered the same thing. They are relatively easy to enter other than being slow loading and 1x. You know what's odd though, I've never won a prize from them but, I keep trying.
 
Wow, I said the exact same thing to my husband yesterday. I loved those "100 win lipstick" or "500 win hairspray" contests! I won several times from them and always enjoyed the products.

Perhaps we all need to send letters to the editor? I used to be a subscriber, but we have cut out magazine subscriptions to save money.
 
Maybe we should send letters...I'll look for an address or email address. If posted here, maybe if we all let them know, they would change it back?

I loved the 500, 1,000, etc. prizes on these too. I'v won fromt those about 3 times. LOVE EM!
 
Lucky Magazine doesn't actually buy the prizes, they are donated by the manufacturers who run the sweep in conjuction with Lucky. It's an advertising thing for the manufacturer and a way to increase Lucky Mags readership. So, I don't think writing letters to Lucky will help. Sorry.
