Lost two prizes

Does anyone know what the prizes were for the "Get Crackin" twitter contest? I just found a message from February 7th on my twitter telling me I won and had three days to fill out info for prize. The only two other times that I had to fill out an affidavit was when I won $10,000 from 1800 Tequilla and the Man Cave ($13,000) from Sears.

I also missed a win " Season three of Jersey Shore" However I don't feel so bad about that one. I have not won anything in over a year because I stopped playing and didn't really check twitter. I hope I did not miss anything too good. : (
 
You either won $100,000 and I think they would of sent you a reg. letter if you did, or most likely a pistachio colored beanie, which was a daily prize.
 
Pastachio prizes were either the beanie hat or a pair of ear muffs. Both items were valued at around $10. I got the hat. :)
 
I've had to also fill out an affidavit for small prizes, but, not often. I can't remember the sweeps off hand, but, the big prizes usually send you affidavits by Fed Ex. Hope that makes you feel better.
