Living in an apartment

I was wondering when filling out sweepstakes for an apartment, do you put the address like

1234 Street Name #142

I would do it however it comes on your mail??

Look at a bill or some mail and see how they list your address?

Most seem to have second address lines:

So if your mail comes all in one line, I would do that. Or else would use both lines and do:

1234 Street Name
Apt #123

I live in an apt. also and u can do the #4 so to speak and sometimes they may not accept the "#" symbol...so u can change it to apt 4 ... or use the second line of address if provided ... but they usually will send it back at you if they dont take the symbols and will mark that area in red for you to change when u r registering. hope this helped.
