Lindt win, but is it?

I just recently won the $25 off at Red Envelope from the Lindt Sweep and they sent me the code to use but every time I try to order something from Red Envelope or any of their sister sites, it tells me my code is invalid or expired. I just got the thing so how could this be? Anyone else run into this problem and found a solution?

I'm going through the exact same thing at the moment. I found an item on personalcreations.com, typed the item # in at red envelope, and it added to my cart. When I tried to use my code, it says invalid or expired. It doesn't expire until the end of April. Has anyone else had this problem?
 
I called the 800 number and placed an order over the phone. I called Red Envelope but the item I ordererd was from Cherry Farms. The lady was very helpful and was able to use my $25.00 code. Hope this helps.
 
Ok, this is what I did when I won the $25. I had the same experience as you did. I called Red Envelope and explained to them that my
code did not work. They manually took all my information and manually entered my code. I sent my daughter Chocolate Sweepstakes & Giveaways covered strawberries,
from Merry's Berries. I do understand that some winners, who have posted, stated that they had to spend $50 to get the $25. I did not, and
maybe I was very lucky. Good luck and be persistant.
 
Me, too! I 'won' the $25 off and couldn't use it on anything - not full-price item or sale item. It always said code expired or not able to use. VERY frustrating! They say that you have 'won', but they don't want you to use it. Very confusing. I tried items in Personal Creations, items in Red Envelope - even tried an item that cost over $100 from Red Envelope just to see if it would knock off $25 - no deal. Finally gave up.
