Not sure what photo they are looking for, but you don't need one to enter. Rules don't say anything about including a picture. When you fill out the form, just leave that space blank and it goes right through. Hope this helps. :)
 
You don't need a photo. The rules don't even mention submitting a photo. In order to win, though, they will make two attempts to call you; and you have to correctly answer a trivia question about the show "In The Loop". So, anyone entering this one needs to watch the show.
