From what I can tell from just googling it, it seems like a legitimate company. Is there a win notification you received that looks suspicious?
 
First off, thank you for changing the font color it was hard for me to see. Secondly, Visionworks Promotion, Event & Creative Development Company appears to be legit. I put the name in Bing and got hits for them as sweep admins. for many sweeps but most of them were older ones and their PO box was Celebration Fla. but the Lakeland Fla addy was there as well. Some of the sweeps they were admins for were Quaker Oats, Hansen, Fuel For A Year and IGN and several I didnt recognize. I hope this helps and Good Luck! :)
