Kroger - gas and groceries sweepstakes

I have been trying to enter this for a few days now. After I sign in, all I get is a "Sorry, due to technical difficulties the page cannot be opened. Try later" Are others having this problem? Any suggestions? Thank you.

This has been happening sporadically with some of the ePrize sweepstakes. I just do them over until they go through.
