My son received a winning screen for the Grand Prize this morning.
You've won a GRAND PRIZE: A 4-day/3-night trip for winner and three (3) guests to SeaWorld Orlando, Discovery Cove and Aquatica, SeaWorld's Waterpark in Orlando, FL on a predetermined date designated by Sponsor in August, 2009. Trip consists of round trip airfare for 4 (winner and 3 guests) from major airport nearest winner's residence to Orlando, FL; 4 days/3 nights hotel accommodations (one quad occupancy standard room), including one (1) night at Manta®, SeaWorld's newest attraction; roundtrip ground transportation between airport/hotel; single day admissions for four (4) to SeaWorld Orlando and Aquatica, plus $20/person food allowance for use at SeaWorld and Aquatica; the opportunity to swim with the dolphins at Discovery Cove, an Aquatica themed beach bag including themed souvenirs and $500 spending money for the winner only. Meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are winner's responsibility. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5,300. Prize is subject to verification and compliance with the Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.


He was so excited he was jumping up and down screaming. I have been working for over an hour trying to get my printer to work to send in the authorization form. I finally sent an email with the information requested. Now he thinks he really did'nt win since I could'nt print the form. Too bad it's the weekend and we won't hear anything from the email for a while.
 
That is fantastic. Most likely they will ask you to fax the form or if you can't fax them, they will mail you the form which you have return back with your signature. In short, they want your signature on paper. They are very responsive (at least on business day).

Congrats!! My daughter won second prize last week and I had to email them also. I already received the papers in the mail and returned them. I wouldn't worry as long as you hold on to the authorization number, because you will need it when you fill out the form!
 
They are very easy to contact & quick to reply. Awesome win, hope my daughter snags the trip too! Congratz!!!
 
My son just won the 3rd place prize this morning. At the bottom of the authorization form it states, "If you have difficulty printing this form or do not have a printer, please collect the information below and follow one of the two options to complete the redemption process:

Your name
Complete mailing address
Your login name
Authorization number
Parent's/legal guardian's name
Parent/legal guardians EMAIL address

1. Have your parent/legal guardian email the Redemption Office at customerssupport@tmsw.com and provide all information.
2. Have your parent/legal guardian call the Redemption Office at 630-693-6930 and provide all information.

I hope this helps, it does not seem that you will have a problem. CONGRATS!!!! WHAT A GREAT PRIZE!!!
