To become a registered member on the Website, you may register for free by visiting the Website, selecting "First Time Here?" and following the registration directions, including providing your electronic signature which certifies that you are a smoker and 21 years of age or older. Certification statements are subject to verification and may be confirmed through a third-party data source. Entries submitted by participants that Sponsor is unable to age verify may be void.

  1. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Promotion. 1) Internet/wireless entry: The Promotion consists of an Instant Win Game and a Sweepstakes. To play the Instant Win Game and enter the Sweepstakes, go to the Website during the Promotion Entry Period. Eligible Participants will be required to log in with their email address and password. If you choose to enter the Promotion via a smartphone, iPad, or tablet (which is not necessary to enter the Promotion), standard carrier-specific wireless rates and all applicable taxes apply depending upon the entrant's wireless pricing plan. Other carrier-specific rates and applicable taxes may also apply in accordance with entrant's wireless customer agreements. Internet service providers' and wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your service provider for more information on rate plans and other charges that may apply to your use of the service.
    After logging in to the Website and accessing the Promotion page, you may click on the "Games/Sweepstakes" tab. To play, click on the "Play" button to activate the Game. Each day during the Promotion Entry Period, three (3) airplane windows will be displayed. Click any airplane window to reveal the image, and then click on another remaining window to try to match the first revealed image. If the images of the first two (2) airplane windows do not match, you will receive two (2) more attempts to try to match all three images (an "Instant Win Play"). If all three (3) images match, you will win the Instant Win Prize stated in the winning message that displays (subject to verification and the Instant Win prize limits set forth in Section 5 below). If you did not match all three images, you are NOT a winner of an Instant Win Prize. Non-winners will not see a winning message. Instant Win Prizes will be shipped within approximately two (2) to five (5) business days after winner verification. For each Instant Win Play, you will also receive one (1) entry ("Entry") into the random drawing for a chance to win a Sweepstakes prize. In addition, for each airplane window that displays an image of a ticket during your Instant Win Play, you will receive one (1) entry in to the Sweepstakes random drawing for a total of up to two (2) additional entries in to the Sweepstakes random drawing per day, and you can receive up to twenty (20) bonus entries into the Sweepstakes random drawing during the Promotion Entry Period (each, a "Bonus Entry") by updating or confirming the following: agree to receive marketing messages from Sponsor by providing Sponsor with or confirming your mobile phone number, email address and mailing address or by providing information about your usual brand purchases (each, an "Update"). You will receive five (5) Bonus Entries into the Sweepstakes per Update.     2) Mail-in entry: Complete the Official Entry Form in the direct mail piece by confirming your name, address, and telephone number and signing your full legal name to certify that you are a smoker, 21 years of age or older, and send it to the address indicated to receive one (1) Entry into the random drawing for a chance to win a Sweepstakes prize. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 15, 2019, and received by August 22, 2019. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, stolen, damaged, illegible, or postage-due entries or mail. An original Official Entry Form must be used to enter the Sweepstakes via the mail-in method of entry; no copies or mechanical reproductions of entry forms will be accepted.
    All Instant Win Plays must be received and recorded during the Promotion Entry Period. During the Promotion Entry Period, randomly selected times will be designated, and the first Eligible Participant who performs the Instant Win Play in accordance with the online instructions and whose Instant Win Play is properly received and recorded by Sponsor's computer on or immediately after a randomly designated time will win an Instant Win Prize ("Instant Win Prize"), subject to verification and the Instant Win prize limits set forth in Section 5 below. LIMITS: One (1) Instant Win Play and up to three (3) Sweepstakes Entries per day; twenty (20) Bonus Entries and one (1) mail-in Sweepstakes Entry per Promotion Entry Period. The number of Instant Win Prizes available to be won will decrease during the Promotion Entry Period as Instant Win Prizes are awarded and claimed. Sponsor's server is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.     If an Eligible Participant fails to execute an Instant Win Play on a given day for any reason, such Eligible Participant forfeits such Instant Win Play for that day. A given Eligible Participant's Instant Win Plays for one (1) day cannot be saved or combined with such Eligible Participant's Instant Win Plays for any other day; each day's Instant Win Plays by a given Eligible Participant is a separate and independent event. Further, different Eligible Participants cannot combine their Instant Win Plays in any way. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to submit an Instant Win Play more than once per day is prohibited. Any attempt by any person to submit more than one Instant Win Play per day using multiple/different registrations or any other methods will void all of that person's Instant Win Plays. SWEEPSTAKES RANDOM DRAWING/SELECTION OF SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE WINNERS: All eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Promotion Entry Period will be combined and four (4) Grand Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Promotion Entry Period. The Sweepstakes Random Drawing will take place on or about August 26, 2019, by the Administrator, Arrowhead Promotion & Fulfillment Co., Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions on all matters relating to this Promotion are final and binding in all respects. Potential Grand Prize Winners will be notified by U.S. Mail, phone or email within ten (10) business days of the Sweepstakes Random Drawing. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holidays, blackout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Reservations are subject to availability. Travel dates are subject to Sponsor approval. Travel must be completed by September 1, 2020, or prize will be forfeited. If, for any reason, a Grand Prize Winner and/or his/her Guest misses the initial flight as scheduled to his/her destination, the Grand Prize Winner will forfeit the Grand Prize. If, for any reason, the Grand Prize Winner and/or his/her Guest is not present for the designated return flight, he/she is solely responsible for his/her return flight. If, for any reason, the Grand Prize Winner and/or his/her Guest is not present for pre-arranged hotel/airport transfers and/or ground transportation, he/she is solely responsible for his/her hotel/airport transfers and/or ground transportation. If, for any reason, the Grand Prize Winner and/or his/her Guest is not present for pre-arranged activities, meals, or other pre-arranged and/or pre-paid activities he/she is solely responsible for his/her meals, and unused or partially used pre-payments will not be awarded. The Trip is subject to all applicable hotel and airline policies, and practices and procedures. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended, or rescheduled events (including but not limited to airline flights, ground transportation, or activities) or any acts or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers, or any other persons providing any Trip-related services or accommodations beyond Sponsor's control. In the event any Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of the destination they select, he/she will receive ground transportation in lieu of airfare and any difference between the stated retail value and actual retail value will not be awarded. Grand Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, unspecified meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Grand Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, and security charges.     All Instant Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Instant Win Prizes are not transferable. No prize substitution.
