same thing happened to me. I didn't even realize until i went to the store and tried to use it. embarrassing! :cussing:

Same here, tried to use the card yesterday and didn't work and checked the balance online this morning $ 0.00. I called the Card issuer and they never received the funds for the cards from Pepsi. I will try to contact pepsi. :cry:
 
I contacted Pepsi over the weekend but no reply yet.... but good news. I checked the balance on my card today and the balance now says $20 instead of 0. Everyone should recheck their cards and hopefully everyone who had a 0 balance will now have their money! Good luck everyone!!
 
Wow I'm so glad I found this post :) I decided to buy a few things at the grocery store the other day since I had this gift card & I couldn't spend the cash I had b/c I needed to save it to pay off a few bills. While checking out I asked the clerk if I needed to run it as credit or debit since it said debit on the card and she said usually the Visa gc's are run as credit. So we ran it as credit and it was denied! We tried it again for $19 and that got denied too....so embarrassing...luckily I had cash on me even though it was supposed to be for bills. I never thought to check the balance but I couldn't help but think I should've tried running it for debit instead. Thanks to this post now I know why it was denied & I just checked the balance online & the $20 is on there! Luckily I made good tips at work the next day so I was able to make up for the bill money I spent. I didn't even know the prize was a $20 Visa gift card...I thought it was a $20 KFC gift card until it arrived the other day LOL.
