The answer should be in the official rules, although I don't recall reading any rules for major sweeps that say that. Sometimes, smaller giveaways, like DVDs, or radio stations say you cannot win if you have won in the past 30 days, for example.

I have seen some sweepstakes that look backward for up to 12 Mos. and have a disclaimer in the rules about about win prohibition if you've previously won during during that time frame in a prior sweep.
