just won shirt from Fram...but how can I claim it?

How can I claim my Fram Tshirt instant win, if there is no drop down for Iowa on the winners address space? The rules say 50 states and yet Iowa not on the list. Have been entering for awhile and can enter as Iowa, just couldnt claim prize? I probably shouldnt have done this but put in my zip code and hit Illinois hoping the zip will bring it to me. Any advice?
