I had won a $25.00 Johnny Rocket gift card. I wanted to use it at a local Johnny Rocket in a neighboring Mall, but they refused to honor it. Has anyone experienced this? The only excuse they gave me was that it was not programmed into their register.
 
That doesnt sound right. do they take gc? just having a problem with yours? I hate it with that happens. I didnt win one of those but here is the contact info for johnny rockets. I hope they can help ya

Did they refuse before they ran it? If not, maybe it was never activated. This happens a lot with sweeps. I would take 3MN's advice and contact Johnny Rockets.

That was happening on the Macaroni Grill ones. People were trying to use them when they were first issued because non of them were programmed in yet. They did fix it, and everything worked fine afterwards.
 
Congratulations on your win and I hope it all gets worked out. Never herad of a Johnny Rockets around here. What kind of place are they? restaurant?

When did you get your gift card? I'm still waiting on mine!
 
I received my gift card a few weeks ago. I went back twice and it still wasn't entered into their register. They said they didn't know when it would be. I called Johnny Rocket and they took all the information down and apologized. The girl said there has been other like complaints. This was a few days ago and haven't heard from them since.

They have regular sit down restaurants and also what they call "express" (like a fast food place, but everything is made to order. I went to the "express" type. That is the only one close to me.
