Jergens win PROBLEMS>....ARRRGGGGGHHH

Hey everyone, a month or so ago I won on that Jergens instant win where you win a movie code for two tickets and dining cash for $25 bucks....Ive been saving it for a date night, and hubby and I decided we wanted to go out tonight, so I entered the code they sent me, and the movie cash website is telling me its an invalid code!!! Ive entered it 6 different times (copying and pasting, typing it in, blah blah blah) but it keeps telling me its invalid!! Ive emailed eprize to ask for help, but so far nothing....I cant imagine they actually sent me an invalid code (and its not like its been a year or anything where it could have expired already!!) Anybody have any ideas? I was hoping for a free date night tonight, but if this doesnt get figured out soon, we may be skipping the movie and eating PBJ sandwiches at the park....LOL

Re: Jergens win PROBLEMS>....ARRRGGGGGHHH

I would think it would have an expiration date with it that came in the email. Otherwise, you can check the rules to see if it says anything about how long they are valid for. I've won tickets before that expired a month after I got the code/ticket.

Re: Jergens win PROBLEMS>....ARRRGGGGGHHH

No, I rechecked, and all it says is that once I enter the code at emovies.com, my tickets are valid for 72 hours...nothing about any expiration on the code itself, even when I checked the rules of the actual Jergens game.....
Im hoping that eprize will make it right, even if it means I cant use it tonight!

Re: Jergens win PROBLEMS>....ARRRGGGGGHHH

Everything eventually expires. I had music downloads with no expirations dates that ended up expiring too. ePrize is just the JA. If they can't help you straighten things out if the code is still good, then you'll have to go to the sponsor of the sweepstakes.

Have you emailed customer support at emovie? [email protected]
Last time I had this problem they just sent me a link to print the ticket, no problem. Make sure you include the details of the win ("I won these codes from Jergens promotion such and such"), and the codes that are not working in the body of the email.
