IWs disappearing from My Sweeps

Help! Sometimes, an IW will drop off My Sweeps. I won't remember until I see a winning post or something. Like the Baskin Robins Surf's Up. I don't think it expired but it doesn't show up on my list any more. I also can't find it under power search. What am I doing wrong? Somebody help!! Please! Why do they drop off?

They shouldn't just drop off. I've never heard of that happening before. Can you re-create the dropping off?

It did expire - I found it in my expired IW's:

But I can't find it using expired search.
