IW and e mail win

I won on the sharpie one. some autographed pens.
I also got an e mail from owl and turtle saying that I won one of their bangle bracelets and I just have to pay for shipping via paypal or credit card. not sure if I should do that or not though.

I got the same e-mail from owl & turtles too. Still debating on whether to pay for shipping......haven't checked out how much it will be yet. That will probably make up my mind but does anyone know anything about this company.?

I “won” the owls and turtles bangle also. I think it’s a marketing gimmick — I think everyone won. The shipping and handling is 7.95 and the ship time is 2 weeks. I’m going to pass. The earrings prize was super cute — i want those more, actually.
