I'm actually posting a $3.50 package of Johnsonville Sausage that I won in the Kroger Swish and Score instant win game. This has been my longest dry spell since I started sweeping 10 or 11 years ago. Oh, well. It's good to see everyone elses wins here. Good luck everyone!

Everyone runs into this every now and then, but I feel ya. I mean, it's been dry, very dry. I am incredibly lucky and have been very fortunate to win huge prizes steadily since I started sweeping six years ago. However, the past six months have been the absolute worst ever. Personally, I think its a combination of a lot of different things, from more people entering sweeps to less sweeps available and sweeps themselves have changed with many companies forcing social interaction of some sort. Still, I do keep winning smaller prizes here and there which is enough to keep me in the hunt. Sometimes, you just have to switch things up. Enter more one day and less or none the next or focus only on what you truly wish to win. I recently gave up some time suckers like PCH and Joe Kudoz. The Joe Kudoz are unlimited and after 3 years of not even winning a candy basket, I just let them go. It's not worth it. I would try to enter each giveaway he had ten times a day, but no more. The same with Publisher's Clearing House. They just fill up my inbox and with PCH Search, PCH Frontpage and all their regular emails and after 30 years of looking for them at my front door, I let them go, unsubscribed and said goodbye. Don't get me wrong, it's good to have dreams and have certain sweeps you enter that might be a long shot, but some are just too time consuming on a regular basis for the return on your time investment. I prefer to focus my efforts on other sweeps. I hope you win BIG soon! Many Blessings to you!

I hear ya!! When I first started back in 08, I was winning t-shirts galore and all kinds of cool things..now..fewer prizes and sweeps I think...I used to have 6 pages of IW's to do everyday..now I have barely 2 always.Congrats on your win tho!

Your Title of your post above is sorta funny lol/-&-motivating in a way to me. :D

Anyway, I've been doing sweeps
with Youtube playing on another window and even my slow computer will still run like that you
should try it. I've also stopped "searching" search engines for sweeps all the time, it took
way to long for one or two sweeps per day. I also got my Facebook removed by them don't know y
and since no customer service I could find what so ever I don't have that distraction oodles of times
a day. Trust me Facebook was one and a time eater! I do several sites and also use my tablet to do sites
to earn money, it's a pretty small amount compared to hours working online with it, no 1 click $10-to-$25 dollars like sweep wins..... Usually I use my tablet Now to sweep the majority of the day and earn money
on my regular laptop!! I can really relate wins are hard to get and especially if you're not
consistent (I.E> like I've been
in sweeping and take naps and not sweep every day another story I guess).....Buuuut anyways, the reason I stopped sweeping 24/7 and had to try to have a 'faster pace' of sweeping was because of all the bills especially grocery-sure everyone can relate.

The only downside is I dislike sweeping on my tablet I really prefer my large screen laptop, but anyhoo I "have" to sweep on the tablet now! Woah is me huh , but still it's an excuse sometimes not to "sweep"....

Good luck I posted my 2 Kroger ''wins'' too, never know what motivates ppl....and hey the products I won I'd never of bought so there's that! keep sweeping!

Dry spell, don't get me started. I enter many different sweeps, including PCH and Joe Kudoz haven't won a thing. What I have won is a library worth of books. I may not be able to sell them for money, but there is nothing better than reading a good book that was free on a warm summer evening or sitting by the fire in the winter time. If you are consistent and entering on a daily basis that "BIG" or "Major" win will come. Just be glad there is a company like SA that posts all these wonderful sweeps for us to enter, without them I wouldn't know about 95% of the sweeps they list. Hang in there your time will come and we all will read your post that says "My dry spell is over". Good luck to all and Thank you to SA for everything you do to keep us sweepers happy!

Congrats! A win is a win! I've been in a slump myself but I am always happy to see others winning when I don't!

Take it from me, not everyone else is winning. I'd say I'm in the same boat as kcharlton. When I started sweeping 5 or 6 years ago, I pretty much only did IWs, over 100 a day. Now it's just 20 or so. I was getting nice wins every other day, and I only focused on winning things I "wanted". Don't know about more people sweeping, but in my opinion, both the quantity and quality of sweeps is way down. I don't do Instagram, pinterest, or twitter, and so many sweeps give you extra entries for sharing or following so maybe my chances of winning are slimmer. I've found myself losing interest recently. Won over $6000 my first year - last year...maybe $250. Really tired of going through the hundreds of crap emails every day too.

I was in the same boat until a couple of weeks ago and won the AC Delco Keurig coffee maker. A huge surprise after sweeping without any results for a long time. Have won Goodread books and a few trinkets. I have won big in the past, but agree that there are fewer good sweeps out there. I cannot do all the Twitter and Instagram either so I just pass those by. I did win Harry and David for a year, and a $250 gift card from them, so when those boxes arrive each month it is a reminder that wins do happen. Still waiting for a trip win...... Good luck all !

Good news ya'll I found the Facebook contact form, and I actually even sent my ID. If that doesn't work I will be soo flabbergasted!

Congrats! Better things will come your way.
Don't give up---like I have almost done. (then I win something)

I feel your pain with a long dry spell. My Monopoly wins are keeping me going: Free spaghetti, free bagels, free Thomas' English muffins. That's where the fun is for me now!

The quantity and quality of sweeps does seem to be down a bit, but things change all the time, so who knows. I've always been a bit picky because I'm a male non-smoking health nut. So I don't enter the smoking sweeps even though they offer some nice prizes and I don't enter ones if I wouldn't use the product. I also don't do Pinterest or Instagram or Snap Chat ones or ones that involve tagging friends. That doesn't leave much. Also, the many sweeps seemed to be for women. "Win a girls night out" etc...as if guys don't go out. And those that are for men seem to be sports related or man caves or grilling. When you have been sweeping for years, you start to notice cycles. At the beginning of the year you have the football party ones or those centered around the Super Bowl, then Valentine's Day, then spring break or Easter ones, then Mother's Day etc. And some companies offer the same contest every year at the same time. Still, I've won $25K before and many other prizes. On average I win at least 4 Grand Prizes per year. Last year though, 2016, only two. This year is going to be my year.

My sister and I are having dry spells right now too. Hers is longer than mine. Don't worry, I am sure it is temporary for all of us. And yes, a package of sausage is definitely a win! :) :) :)

My sister and I have a theory, don't know if it's true or not. Just a theory- but we think the time of year and the weather is a factor in this. When it's snowy back east and most people are indoors, that means more people are sitting in front of their computers entering sweeps. BUT in the spring/summer, when people in the colder states are starting to enjoy the outdoors more, they are not entering as much sweeps. Again this is just a theory from someone that lives in California and has year-round sunshine, but it seems possible!

Also, there's alot of sweeps for very physically fit people "...go kayaking in Canada", "...go sking in Big Bear" type of ones. Well, my friend who is in a wheelchair certainly cannot do those. In fact there is an incredible amount of sweeps that she cannot enter or at least, if she wins, cannot do. :(

I'll add my own pretty dry spell to the list. Mostly the old, reliable books and little food IWs. Last month, even those dried up, and I was down to 1 book and a coupon for a pack of English muffins. I can't even hit the Fred Meyer instant, so I'm a little jealous of your brats! Maybe we'll all get a change of luck here soon, or maybe think about another hobby. GLTA

Sounds like a pretty widespread dry spell. I've mostly been limited to the trusty book wins and some small IW food items. Last month, all I hit was 1 book and a pack of English muffins. Let's hope some good luck starts coming around. Maybe it's finally time ti use our time for something else. GLTA
