1. Once you claim, we will send you the Mexico registration form. When received, fillin your information, send the form to the address on the form. The Deluxe Hotel Accommodations will be registered in your name.
2. The fulfillment company will send you the Cancun and Puerto Vallarta reservation forms. They will track your Prize accommodations for up to one year, awaiting your travel dates to confirm your reservations.
3. Simply follow the instructions on your reservation request form to make your reservations. When confirmed, complete your travel plans and have a great vacation. You can use them together or for 2 seperate vacations.
One thing is, they dont have a number or a contact us link on the site. Otherwise I would call and try and verify.
