I took it to mean you win an IW you can't win an IW again, and since the rules say:
Additional Entries: Starting April 29, 2011 and ending July 17, 2011 you will be able to receive additional Sweepstakes entries by the following methods ("Additional Entries Phase"):
a) Participating in various missions (a "Mission"): During the Additional Entries Phase, you will be invited to participate in a variety of Missions to collect codes ("Codes") throughout the program on the Disney.Com online network, Facebook, Twitter, Parks & Resorts, Mobile or TWDC Broadcast media. After you obtain your Code visit Disney.com/Agents and follow the online instructions to enter the Code and you automatically will receive the specified number of additional entries (either 1, 2 or 5) based on the Code you enter during the Additional Entries Phase.
b) Log in using your wireless mobile device (You must have a mobile device with data capabilities as of March 24, 2011 to receive additional entries through this method): During the Additional Entries Phase, log into the Website using your wireless mobile device. You will automatically receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes. You may receive one (1) additional entry per day through this method during the Additional Entries Phase.
I guess you could keep entering for the sweepstakes prize if you choose - I dropped it once I won.
