I just switched to FireFox and RoboForm isn't working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

:wave: I think I heard of this problem....If I am not mistaken I heard that the newest? version of FF would not work with Roboform. Not sure why, or what is going on, but the version I have, I have had no probs. Mine is 3.5.2 Good Luck :sunny:

I just went by the information from Roboform's site:

"RoboForm Password Manager is:

Portable: RoboForm2Go runs from USB key, no install needed.

Phone-friendly: sync your passwords to Windows Mobile and Palm.

Universal: works with Internet Explorer, AOL/MSN, Firefox.

IE 8, IE 7, Firefox 3.5 and Vista are fully supported."

Another member here who updated to a newer version than 3.5 of Firefox couldn't get Roboform to work until they went back to 3.5.

Point of order - when a program references a version, they *usually* mean the one noted is the newest/latest version supported, meaning earlier/older versions would work {such as yours} while later/newer versions {ie; Firefox 3.5.1 or later} would not. In other words, they are "backwards compatible" {have Backward compatibility} but are not "Forwards compatible" {have Forward compatibility}

This is incorrect. I have not updated my FF and I use version 3.0.13 with Roboform and have ner had any problems. Install Roboform the go to FF and install the add-on so that you can use it.

Here's the link for the Roboform add-on for FireFox...
