intended companion question

Hi there so i have never won a trip before and upon reading the email it said me and 3 guests go to mexico then in the fine print is states that the 'intended companions' will need to fill out the liability and public release form and on this form is states the person is 21 years old. yikes ...So this isn't a family trip?

Is it ok to purchase airplane tickets for my kids to go with us?

To be honest, I am not totally sure. Is the form saying that all intended companions must be over the age of 21?

Your best bet would be to just ask the sponsor for clarification.
