instagram and liquor sweepstakes can't access

hi when i try to access instagram on my laptop i get a message about "fortinet". I did unistall it but i still can't get onto IG. I can use my phone and get on it with no issues.But i prefer using my laptop.

Now the liquor sweepstakes i can't access on laptop or my phone
