Instagram Action Blocks Out of Control

Is anyone else having issues with IG comment blocks lately? I haven't been doing anything differently, and keep getting hit with three-day comment blocks with no reason given except that I've "violated community guidelines." I've been on IG since the beginning, and have been entering sweepstakes consistently for several years now. It feels like something has suddenly changed on the platform's end, but darned if I can figure out what it is. Anyone else experiencing the same or know what's going on? I'm about ready to give up on them. There no explanation and no customer service whatsoever, and now I'm afraid of catching a long or permanent ban for no good reason.
 
Been happening a lot to lots of different people for what they believe are different reasons. No rhyme or reason to it.
It is rampant at this time.

I am also afraid, I have had them remove some of my comments due to violations but no further explanation. I haven’t been blocked yet though. My suspicion is that they are removing comments when I make multiple comments on 1 post when there is a generic prompt like “ to enter this giveaway comment any emoji as often as you want”
 
I have noticed that anytime I use a #sweepstakes I instantly get blocked. I now skip any sweeps that asks for a #comment. I think most of this is just done by computers and no real human is actually looking at our accounts.

Almost certain it's bots that are doing the blocking. And of course there's no way to appeal to a human to get a block removed.
 
I’ve been banned from commenting for 3 days twice in the past two weeks. It’s such a pain
