Inky Janky question

I played the Sharp sweeps just now and I got a flash of Janky I think...I'll look more closely next time.

My question: I assume Janky is loser and Inky is winner???

janky means worthless as in a janky car.
It is an old method of coding the URLs of contests.
They learned that we knew of this and stopped it. Eprize and other companies want you to stay on their client's site as long as possible. JANKY close. People logged in or registered and closed in seconds. Not good to explain to clients that the visitors log in or register then submit then close without even finishing the game.

Some other companies used other methods like LOSER and winner, lol. :headbang:

Thanks for the info! I had only heard about Inky & Janky a little bit when I was first sweeping, so never knew too much about it. That's really interesting about people closing the sweeps (instant win) when they saw janky.

This one said Janky when I clicked to print gamepiece. It's actually helpful in that I don't have to print it!

I've had "iwnotify" and still won twice.

both were very samll prizes, one was the JOhnson lotion (which is a freebie they give if you register on theis site.. crappy prize IMO) and other was another little prize like that.

Weird but I know I"m not the only one that had IWNOTIFY and still won
