INFO on Save Mart wins

I got a registered letter and so did my friend in the Savemart instant win sweeps. She didn't want to have to go and pick up her prize, so she called and the lady told her that you can just send in the form (YOU DON'T HAVE TO FILL IN SSN #) they send you (the registered stuff)...fill it out, take a copy of your driver's license (you can black out your driver's license number), and return it to them.

She said you can do this if you live more than 30 miles from the store....but it sounded like anyone can do this.

My fiance just called and said i got a certified letter from savemart to pick up my prize at the postoffice... there was a "missed ya" ticket in the mailbox this morning from the mail man.
 
I just got a certified letter Nov 10 about winning a $20 seat cushion. They want my SS#, drivers license, and a witness to sign too! All this for a cushion? Their certified letter cost them $5.32 which is probably more than their wholesale cost for the cushion.

Does anyone know if they already awarded the $350,000 cash prize or are they possibly going to select the winner from the pool of smaller winners? If it wasn't already awarded due to some technical issue I am wondering if that's why they are asking for the affy from everyone.

Anyone know? Thanks.
 
I am still emailing them - but if you guys are still getting affys - I guess there is hope for me yet!

I will keep trying.
