I'm moving

I need help. I have been entering sweeps for a couple of months now & am very hopeful that I will win something really big. I am moving to a new house in about 8 weeks. Just curious, do most big win notifications come via Fedex, UPS or us mail. I am planning on filling out a change of address form for the US mail. But "what if" fedex tries to deliver something to my old address?
I guess my question is....should I stop entering sweeps until I move??

if you know your new address i'd start entering with that. Look at the end date when you enter and consider it takes weeks to notify winners. So by the time you hear you'll probably be at the new address. Unfortunately many win notifications come via Fedex/USPS and there is no way to file a change of address with them (that i know of). If you are moving nearby maybe you can talk to the new resident/owner and ask them to call or email you if something shows up. Sometimes the postal service makes mistakes with forwarding too so it can be helpful to have a way to communitcate with the new resident.

Remember to contact sponsers of any wins you've been notified of by email. Tell them you are moving and give them the date of your move and new address.

Good luck with the move and the sweeps! I just moved about 4 months ago so I can sympathize!
