Last Thursday i was notified that i won the second tier Prize which is the $2000 but i am confused where to notarized the Affidavit of Eligibility if its in bank or court house? pls help... The prize that i won before was just notarized on the bank before but they won't let me do know it now?GLTA thanks to all to SA and Capital one!!!
 
Congratulations-great win. Just print the affidavits and take to any local notary service near you. Your instructions should say if they can be sent back by email and/or postal mail.
For email- just scan and send back the forms as a pdf or attachment after notarized.
 
Take it to any Notary, they'll know what to do. Don't sign it until your in front of the Notary, as he needs to see you sign it. Take your Drivers Lic. with you.
 
ok folks thank you so much for all the inputs how about the name address...etc do i have to write them before going to the bank or notary public place right?

I don't know about the Renaissant bank. They didn't notarized it earlier so tomorrow ill go to the local bank and see how it goes....or else ill go to the courthouse early morning( i have 5 days to send it off to Prizelogic the documents) so crossing fingers here!!! Thank you all folks!!!
 
When I need a notary, i just go to the UPS store a few blocks away from my house. They have a fax right there too, for affidavits that require faxing. Maybe there is something like that near you. And congrats on a great win!!!! :)
 
Currency exchanges and Libraries usually have a Notary on staff. $1 at the Currency Exchange, free at most libraries. Also your local City Hall will usuaully have a Notary for free. I've done all 3.

Congrats. My bank offers notary service to me for free as a customer. It is in my opinion the quickest and cheapest method to get something notarized.
 
Look online or in phonebook, lots of places are notary. Take everything with you but don't sign till there in front of them. Th fax it in so bring all papers with you

Thanks you all for the inputs...now i have another query?... I already sent the Prize Claim Documents sign and notarized to the Prizelogic. As we all know those Promotion Agency has some bad reps, but the fax was a success how do i know if they received my documents today? Do they at least mail you they got it? plsss help

Were your email communications with them automatic or a person? If a person, just ask them to confirm they received it
