I took too long to fill out form?

I get an IW and form pops up to fill out....I am petting my cat less than a minute or right around a minute and return to the form to fill it out and it says I took too long! NO IW.... :cussing:
 
I guess in the future I better make sure I fill out the form right away before I jump outta my chair and do a happy dance. Which IW was it?

It has something to do with Angry Birds on FB. LOL I forget who exactly the sponsor is...when I come to it on my list, I will try to get back and give you more info.
