I need help signing to win the pink ticket barbie contest

Hi I try to enter the barbie pink ticket contest but my computer wont let me I click install but it wont let me
also my computer does not workvery well and I really want to have a chnage of winning so can you please
sigh me in for that
 
You need to contact the sponsor of the sweepstakes, Mattel, Inc., at (800) 524-8697 if the problem is with their webpage. Other than that, if the problem lies with your computer, you need to take care of it at your end.
