I keep getting disconnected

I keep getting disconnected while I am entering sweeps. It is always in the daily entry in "my sweeps". Tonight it happened 6 times and it takes 3-4 minutes to get back in. I will be going along fine and then I get a "page cannot be displayed" message when I click on a link. It makes me nuts and doesn't seem to be related to any particular contest. Could I be getting timed out? It happens every day and when I enter the site I never have a delay in logging in.

Any help would be appreciated
 
I was having that same problem when I was using IE. Finally got fed up and switched to chrome and now unless my internet is acting up chrome is working fine.
 
IE is famous for it, I switched to Firefox and Chrome. Disconnects and Time outs are usually a result of the Internet connection, but could also be from settings on the computer, or security settings if a firewall or other service is in place.You can reinstall whatever browser you are using and see if that helps, and make sure you are allowing pop ups for SA on whatever browser you are using also.
 
I like how Chrome loads, but I like Firefox for how fast it is compared. But thats just my experience with the 2. I tend to switch back and forth, as some sweeps load better in one than the other. (Another case in point, I cannot get glad IW to play in Firefox or IE ! But I can with Chrome. Go figure)
