I gotta stop watching these sad shows....

Okay, I had just finished watching Hell's Kitchen, and decided to watch ER. Bad idea. It was nothing but an hour of depression and misery. I cried. Doctor Green made an appearance in this episode (flashbacks one doctor was having). That made me sad, as I really liked Dr. Green when he was alive and on ER.

The last ER I watched was also a tearjerker of epic proportions

From 11:22 to 12:06 we can follow everything that happens to Charlie Metcalf (played by Ray Liotta), a patient who is at death's door. We are shown the minutiae of a treatment which are usually glossed over in the "regular" episodes, interlaced with images from Charlie's delusions which give an insight into the regrets he has about his wasted life

I watched that one because Ray Liotta was in it. It was gut wrenching.

This whole season has been incredibly depressing. I was hoping for so much more.

I agree on Dr. Greene being one of the best characters. The show just isn't really the same anymore. I think they let it go on too long.

While you folks were all bumming yourselves out, I was watching "World's Dumbest" on TruTV. If you need to recover from gut-wrenching drama, stop by next Thursday as D-list celebs like Danny Bonaduce and Tonya Harding comment on the antics of World's Dumbest Partiers. You will be neither uplifted nor enlightened, but you won't be melancholy.

I used to watch ER way back when but ever since George Cloony left the show I just drifted away from it but boy am I stuck on Greys Anatomy.
