I have been searching for my fav childhood book at every secondhand store and yard sale for the last nine years ( yeah I could have just ordered it but why pay full price right? :crazytongue:)
and I have finally found it today for 25 cents at the local lib. annual used book sale
WOOT!!!!!
this find totally beats out the 30 goosebump books for 10 cents each I got last weekend at a yard sale ( my oldest child's new fav line of books after HP ofcourse)

lol I have never heard of that book.

I used to be a huge R.L.Stine fan when I was a kid/teenager I had the whole set of goosebump books, the whole set of fear street books. Which was a ton of books, my mom spent so much money buying those books, They were like $3 something a each, and I had over 200. Well when I got to 18, I needed money, and I didn't really have room for the books anymore. I sold them at my garage sale, for really cheap. But yea you can find them everywhere now. Thrift stores, garage sales.

:sunny: Isn't it great when something so sentimental to us can be had without spending alot of money.

I have started rebuying my favorite cassettes as CD's now. I have started buying the greatest hits of the bands and artist's also!! I've got Def Leppard, Eagles, Chicago, Amy Grant, Barry Manilow, Tracy Lawrence, Wham, Bon Jovi and Restless Heart to name a few!! I love CD's!!

I also just won an auction of 22 books on eBay for like 18 bucks!!! I love it!!! Easy way to catch up on favorite authors!!!
