How many people do you enter for?

I used to enter for myself and my mother, but she passed away this year :cry: so I enter for myself strictly and occasionally for somebody who's computerly challenged. How about you?
 
I tried entering for my mom when I started, but I was worried her having a different home address would DQ me. :nono: Turned out that was a lie told by the "one entry, NO exceptions" crowd :nono:

Too much misinformation mixed in with tons of good info was my intro to sweeping. I MUCH prefer people leave their opinions/prejudices at home when "helping" you know? :headbang:

As far as who I enter for? Mostly myself, but I help out my guys when needed - my husband works crazy hours (7 on before he gets 1, 2 1/2, or 4 days off) so I check all the new sweeps for limits (per HH, 21+, license, etc) and bookmark in FF the ones they can enter.

IMHO, the sponsors are more concerned with people entering numerous times for themselves, with multiple email addys, than if mom or dad enters for their kids/spouses/etc.

Like anything, there is potential for abuse - like entering everyone in your neighborhood, all your family/friends, etc. :nono:

Letting other sweepers know that the rules say 1 per HH is a LOT different than telling other sweepers they are breaking the rules if they enter for someone else in their HH. Most people will be afraid to admit they do, thinking they could be DQ'ed, or that others would disapprove - let's not bash others, OK? :cheers:

And sweepy? I'm so very sorry for your loss - I worry about my mom all the time now, which is silly - she's healthier than I am!!!
 
I only enter in my name. Don't have enough hours to do any more than that. As it is I spend waaayyy too much time entering sweeps.
 
I'll enter myself, my boyfriend (if it's a good "mens" sweep). And sometimes my best friend (she's lazy). :laughing:
 
Do ya'll enter family while logged in under your email address or do you log in under their address ( of course with there permission) and enter them? I wrote a post about this awhile back and mentioned that i was entering myself and my husband while logged in under my name. I enter his email address. I do it that way because it saves me alot of time. But someone mentioned that sponsors look at IP addresses and that would be a no no. This is all new to me. I've only been entering sweepstakes since the end of July.

I enter for myself..for my daughter for kids sweeps(cant wait til she turns 13 in Feb so I can enter her in more)...and just recently started entering for my cousin who doesnt have a computer...Mostly baby related sweeps , NASCAR and money sweeps for her. I fI enter the same sweeps for my cousin and I then I always make sure I do it after I ve logged out and signed in again under her account.

I would enter myself then clear my cookies and such and then enter my husband. Its better to be safe than sorry right. when you say his email address you also put in his info right. not just his email addy?
 
Besides his email address, i also enter his name, birthdate, etc. I'm just log in under my name. I have since stopped and hope that all the sweepstakes that i entered that way wasn't a waste of time.
 
:wave: I just enter for me. Spend a good hour just entering. My own family thinks I am :crazytongue: nutso for even entering any sweepstakes. I use to do lots of snail mail but the postage alone was killing me. My b-day is in 7 days and I want no reminder of it or them not getting me any gifts, so I secretly sweep even though I have no net access I use my cousin's laptop to sweep, poor guy has at least 367 pops just from me sweeping for a month already. Don't ask, but my family don't believe in or like giving gifts for fear my unemployed self will be spoiled, not like my health is allowing me a chance to get up and enjoy life or anything. But sweeping keeps me smiling with a chance that I might win one lousy ipod or season 4 of nip/tuck or season 3 of "Desparate Housewives", god forbid I enjoy life . Ever since the ipod craze I just want to win one 30 or 80 ipod so I can listen to music....

anywho sorry for going off tangent....but yeah I enter for ONLY me.

Nip/Tuck Season 5 Premiere Date & Season 4 DVD Release Date

According to Wikipedia, the fourth season will be released on DVD on September 4, 2007. The fifth season will have its premiere on October 23, 2007, and will consist of 22 episodes, making it the longest season of the show yet, with Joely Richardson returning for 15 of those episodes.
 
I enter for myself, husband and children. I always check the rules to see what it says about how many per household. I enter all their info and the email addresses (we all have different email addresses). I don't think the IP address matters here cause we have DSL and all of our emails are off of the same provider. I always check on the age thingy as well.
