How long to wait on prize?

most every contest I have won from takes at least 6 to 8 weeks after the contest is over. I have been verified,sent all the paper work and everything done and still had to wait until the contest ended and another 6 to 8 weeks, and I have also recieved prizes right away. Now I just try to look at it like a savings account of prizes. But if you are concerned there is nothing wrong with sending a polite request as to how long before you can expect shippment of your prize so you can be on the look out for it. Good luck and hope it comes soon.
You are absolutely right about that! I know there were several prizes that even took almost a year to get after I filled out all the paperwork and was confirmed. Send them an email if you haven't already asking when your prize might be shipped.

Yes pmeeks, it can be a long wait, see the pretty boat I won on my avaitor??? Had to wait almost 8 months after I did all the paper work to get the boat accually awarded, then had to wait another 2 or 3 months for it to get prepped, shipped to dealer close to me and all that, now was it worth it?? You bet, and I really really appreiciate the companies doing sweeps and giving prizes, if I have not learned anything else doing sweeps I have learned it takes a long time sometimes to get your prizes and no amount of crying
