How long do you wait on a prize before contacting prize agency?

I won a prize, sent in the affidavit and received a email confirming that they received it and gave me a choice on the prize. They stated that the prize would be shipped after I let them know my choice. I sent my choice and haven't received anything yet. It has been about 3 weeks. Is it too soon to ask about this?

There's no definitive rule for this sort of thing. So long as your communications are polite and professional, you should always be able to contact a sponsor. In this case, I'd probably send a note telling them that you would like to confirm that the affy was received because you are so excited about the prize win.
