How long after winning a blog giveaway does it usually take to arrive?

I won a blog giveaway about 6 weeks ago (a nice maglite flashlight set) and it hasn't arrived yet. Not that I'm that impatient or anything, I just have downstairs neighbors who sometimes receive my mail and I don't know them well.

No need to fear; I believe you should talk to them about it. Contact the site administrator if not received. Like you, I recently took home a prize. It was a ranboo sweatshirt, and I got it in less than 30 days.
