...does the UPS man drive by your house? My UPS man speeds up before he gets to my house and always seems to whiz by. :cussing: Today I think I actually saw him snickering as he drove by.

Yes, I'm whining, but I want him to stop by with a prize!! :cry:

:laughing: he goes pretty slow around here. I just dont like it when he uses my driveway to turn around and when I see him he just waves. :nono: He does it on purpose to drive me crazy. :crazytongue:

LOL :laughing: I think my heart skips a beat everytime i see a UPS or Fedex truck......even if it's not anywhere near my house!

They all usually drive fast, because they're actually timed and have to get all their deliveries done in the specified timeframe. :popcorn:

I was a holiday worker for UPS right after I got out of the Navy in '84, and you are right on the money!!! I worked my keister off because my driver would get a bonus if he beat the computer time - I really enjoyed the work, but my back didn't :nono:

No wonder the UPS guy is already buckled in with the ignition on by the time I answer the bell. And I just about had my Legally Blonde "bend and flip" routine perfected for that hottie driver...doh! :laughing:

Brown can bring me a win too!!! Haven't seen anything for awhile...
I live in a rural area so I can hear him coming from a mile away :-)
But once you start sweeping I am sure you get an ear for him and can hear his truck coming through anything!

Aint that the truth. My family says The sound ups makes is like a dog whistle to me. :laughing:
 
:wave: POOR UPS men are used and abused lol If they dont get rid of the 300 packages a day they are fired for being too s l o w . If they have one accident they are fired for being careless in P U B L I C with a big truck.If they dont bring me a package that day Im giving them the HEYYY for that day. Only LOVE they get if its NASCAR day or they bring me a surprize I wasnt expecting. Heres to all the UPS men who drive the brown trucks :cheers:
 
:) My dog Pogo barks everytime he hears the truck coming and he can hear it come a block away. The few times he has delivered something the dog shuts up. Guess he is saying mom needs to win more. Happy sweeping.
 
We usually get at least one delivery a week from UPS so I can't complain about them. But...., and this is the honest to god truth, 4 times in the last 3 weeks Fedex has pulled in my driveway..... to turn around. :cry: :cry:

We also live in the middle of nowhere and you can hear the UPS truck from about half a mile away. Our dog Chileigh can hear it coming and goes nuts each day they pass, even worse when they stop. Same with the mail. On the plus side, I always know when someone is here. :)
