How Do You Track Your Wins?

I was using a spreadsheet to note my wins until I started using ediary, it allows me to keep notes each day of my wins as well as the value of the wins for that day.

I really like tracing wins this way, if anyone has a better site please share:

I just use notepad in my email. List the day, prize and ARV of each. Its great because if my computer crashes and I lose everything I will still have my list.
 
I keep a small calendar handy & log my wins and then later transfer the info to an Excel spreadsheet. I usually backup every two weeks or so on a flash drive.
 
I use the google calendar. You can do search for any word (I put pending in front of any that I haven't received yet), and you can put comments in to note if you have contacted the company. It's also not on your HD so you can access it from anywhere. In addition to doing this I send myself a screen shot of each win & put it in a folder with the date of the win and prize as the name (i.e. 04-11 $100 totalbeauty gc) and rename the folder with rec in front of it when I receive the win. It works out well for me.
 
I also print the screen shot and keep a hard copy in my files & attach the winning letter to each screen shot when it's delivered. The date appears on the bottom of the page so it's easy to locate and file accordingly. Keeps all my prize info organized and easy to view.
