How do you track your wins (if you do)?

I did a quick forum search and found an amazing thread by deaconmac:

While that is impressive, I don't think I am at the point where I can get that detailed with both my entries and wins. What I do want to start doing, is simply tracking my wins only (Contest, Date, Prize Won, Value, Etc.) and I figured a few of you out there already do this. So my question is, what details do you track and what do you use to keep track of all that information? I was thinking about putting together a basic spreadsheet in Excel to track everything I win this year. I was pretty lucky the last 2 years but never kept records of everything I was fortunate enough to win, but since the year is still rather young and my current wins are minimal I figured now would be the time to set something up.

Thanks in advance for any knowledge and suggestions you can share with me!

I like to keep paper records...I type enough just entering. I just have a plain notebook, and I started off with a page for each month. I got tired of looking at empty pages though, so now I just write the date, company, prize, and value. When I get it I check it off. I was winning at least a small win about once a week when I started, but my book has been empty, except for a couple of sears points since November.

Notepad & bookmarks.

Notepad;

No charts or spreadsheets - I log the win date, listing, prize won, then update with recv'd date.

Bookmarks;

I bookmark the rules link, the win date, listing, prize won, then update with recv'd date.

Every year I start a word document where I list my wins; For each month of the year I write down the win and the date I won; at the end of the month, I tally up my total so I can have a sense of the arv's of my wins. It doesn't take very much time and I love being able to look back on my wins, it keeps me motivated
