How do you spot winner emails in all the junk?

Hi there - I'm at 200 junk emails yikes and it's hard to see if I have any winning emails. Some days I just clear it all out! I have only been doing this for three months so i'm guessing i'm gonna be more like 1000 junk emails each day soon. Please share how do manage your junk emails and any winners you may receive.
