How do i create a custom "Junk" category so I can bypass sweeps i don't want to enter

HI :)
New member here but have been following as a freebie-user for awhile. Some of the sweeps aren't easy & quick entry sweeps, they are more like sweeps to enter sweeps, or you need points by turning in a receipt to enter, etc. etc... It's the ones that require more time or effort to enter that I would like to bypass. I would like to put those into a "junk" category that i can bypass quickly to get to the ones i do like . What are some ways you guys separate the ones you want to enter from the ones you would like to skip?

capella28 - Since one sweeper's trash is another sweeper's treasure and only PLUS members can create categories

I think you mean create a blacklist/whitelist?

If it were even possible to create such a tool then it would only be for PLUS members

I would use a workaround - as I note in this Thread: How to use the *TOOLS* to get the most out of SA Features

So... I would use SweepsCheck: Mark those sweeps you've entered/decided AGAINST entering.

Makes doing end of the month sweeps a snap!
Also allows you to quickly see the newest added, as you check back throughout the day, without having to look at the ones you already decided on!!!
Remember - click Save my Sweepstakes or refresh the page if you have pop ups allowed at SA, to save.

Hi Amy! Thanks for the reply. I'm a plus member now. I tried to create a category, but when i am scrolling through the contest to add to my list, i don't see the option of my new category in the drop down. You know what I mean? Thanks so much!

OK then capella28 - follow these steps to see if you were updated and to show that you are PLUS in the forums;

Thread: Paid for PLUS but you show as a regular member?

Thank you. I couldn’t find a permissions area. I see my account section, but nothing under it where I could find permissions. I did try SweepstakesAdvantage and SweepstakesPlus sites, to no avail.

I am on an IPad, not sure if that makes a difference? Thanks for helping me out.
