I’m having an issue with getting billed twice for Plus. It says I have to log in to contact for help, but my login is not working there.

cdgildea - you show as a Junior not as a PLUS Member - did you pay for Plus?

IF still unable to login to PLUS the CONTACT US is on the bottom of the SA home page - submit a ticket to the

The link above just brings me back to where I was originally. It says I need to log in there to submit an inquiry, but my login is not working there. It works for Plus login.

cdgildea - Submit a ticket Is via email - no need to be logged in to SA
